One night a thief stole a milking cow from a farmer's house. After a few days the thief demanded 4,000 taka from the farmer for the cow to be returned. The poor farmer managed 3,600 taka and promised to pay remaining 400 after harvest and get the cow returned. But the farmer did not pay the money as promised. A few days ago the cow got stolen again. Now the thief is demanding the due 600 + 6,000Tk and threatened to kill the cow if the farmer informs the police.
